15-05-2013			Initial Idea The first task of the project was to research about single camera production documents that were essential to get some evidence on future preferences for my work. We needed to get into groups and make a small brainstorm about what ideas we can use into the practical.
20-05-2013			Initial Idea After getting into small groups for the short film, we then started to put our initial ideas into action. By these, we put the themes, synopsis, character and setting for the story that we intended to look on and check what was suited and best for the role.
20-05-2013			Initial Idea We then moved onto the 3rd task of the project. This is the most important criterion of the whole planning for the music video. Each member of the group was required to create a production folder for my idea with the assumption that our idea maybe will go into production. The documents should contain these standard production paperwork e.g. -        Call Sheets -        Equipment List -        Risk Assessments -        Production Schedule -        Script -    Locations/Props List
22-05-2013			Pre Production One of the first tasks I did was to make the call sheet with one of my peers in the groups who gave me some support on how to do the call sheet. The call sheet is basically it’s a sheet of paper issued to the cast and crew of a film production, informing them where and when they should report for a particular day of shooting.
22-05-2013			Pre Production The 2nd part of the production document was to create an equipment list for us to make sure what props we use for the filmmaking. This would be a crucial document for us to make sure what props we use for to record the music video itself.
27-05-2013			Pre Production I then later went to do the risk assessments for the project; it’s an occupational sheet for to assess the risks of any duty for filmmaking. This assessment is carried out to prevent and accident or injury taking place in the future.
27-05-2013			Pre Production The last document we needed to do for task 3 was to make a script for the actors. This will basically give them the lines they need to rehearse; therefore it will give them a role of what character they will act as.
03-06-2013 - 12-06-2013			Production We than start to do the production work for the music video. Following on from the initial ideas and planning’s, we will use the specific locations and make sure this production of a music video comes to a success.
19-06-2013			Evaluation After I done all my production work and all my pre production work and got them out of the way, we then have to undertake a review of your production work and your own performance. (500 words) You should consider: ·      What role was I given, was the role a well suited one for you? ·      The initial idea of the project? ·       What went well? ·       What went wrong? ·       What would you change?
